Turkey Chili

1 cup of white frozen corn
1 can of White Beans
1 can of Black Beans
1 can of Butter Beans
1 small can of Tomato Sauce
1 med can of Minced Tomatoes

1/2 onion diced
1 glove garlic minced
1 LB of ground turkey

1/4 cup of taco seasoning
1 tbs non salt seasoning (Mrs. Dash)

2 cups water
2 tbs of chicken stalk base

In a fry pan brown turkey, onion and garlic. add 2 tbs of taco seasoning. Drain beans and rinse them in cold water. In a crock pot add beans, corn, tomatoes, water, chicken base, turkey and seasoning. Stir. cook on low for 4 hours. Serve with cheese and corn bread! This is a great recipe for a tasty easy dinner. I actually will cook the turkey portion for tacos one night and then use the remainder for the chili the next day. you can also add some tobacco sauce or peppers for more spice. Also tasty is to add some velveta for a nice yummy cheese dip.
