Pulled BBQ Chicken

3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, whole
1 cup Cattleman BBQ sauce
1/4 cup grape preserves
2 cups water
1 clove garlic minced
pinch of nutmeg

1/2 cup Cattleman BBQ sauce

Sweet Hawaiian Bread rolls or Buns
3 cups of cooked white or jasmine rice

Place all ingredients into a crock-pot, stir. Place crock-pot on high. Cook for 4 hours, stirring each hour. When chicken is done, it will be able to be pulled into strands. When done, add 1/2 cup more bbq sauce, stir. Serve with rice and bread.
