Valentine Delights Day 2: Nate's Mouth Watering Hamburger

Nate’s Mouth Watering Hamburger

1 lb of ground burger
1 glove garlic, minced and pasted
2 TBS Coho Mojo
1 tsp Sea Salt

6 Whole Wheat Buns
1 Tomato, sliced
6 leaves of iceberg lettuce
6 stripes of turkey bacon, cooked
6 Slices of Havarti Cheese

6 TBS Mayo
1 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Red Chili sauce

For Mayo: Combine mayo, chili sauce and paprika. Mix together, cover and place in fridge till burgers are ready.

For burger: preheat grill to medium high heat. In large bowl, massage meat with garlic, Coho Mojo and sea salt. Let rest for 5 min. Form into 6 equal balls. Lightly press them into patty shapes, about 1 inch thick.

Grill on each side for 6-8 min depending on doneness. Only flip once, this will keep the burger juicy.

Toast buns, spread 1 TBS of mayo on bottom bun. Add meat, cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
